"...we walked down the road in the rising sun, and a Giant Blue Morpho swerved head-on in my path. The rainforest creatures neither welcomed nor threatened. Nature didn't care if I was in the way. The landscape had changed since the day before. I felt lost among the trees and new flowering plants, but the two old dogs would not vary their routine and returned us safely home by 8 a.m."
